Celebrate the colors of the harvest season with Pumpkin Patch Parade, a charming autumn quilt filled with rows of pieced pumpkins surrounded by winding leafy vines. Pumpkins in different shapes and sizes create a playful patchwork effect, while the soft green background and vine-inspired border give the design a fresh, garden-inspired finish.
Designed for the intermediate quilter, this pattern combines straightforward traditional piecing with the stitch-and-flip technique to create pumpkins, leaves, vines, stems, and sweet heart details. The varied pumpkin blocks keep the project interesting, while the repeating vine elements beautifully tie the entire design together.
Choose warm oranges and earthy greens for a classic harvest look, or mix your favorite fall prints and colors to create a pumpkin patch that is completely your own.
