Gather around the glow with Campfire Stories, a modern quilt inspired by the warmth and magic of evenings spent beside the fire. A striking arrangement of half-square triangles creates an impressionistic campfire, with glowing shades of yellow, orange, and red rising against a deep navy background.
The stained-glass-inspired design gives the quilt beautiful movement, transforming simple geometric shapes into flickering flames and scattered sparks. While the finished quilt looks intricate, the construction is based on approachable half-square triangles, making this a fun and rewarding project for beginner quilters.
Choose the classic fiery palette for a cozy nighttime look, or experiment with your favorite colors to create a completely different interpretation.
